How do I book the villa?

How quickly will I hear back?
We usually reply the same day. If you've sent a message and haven't heard from us, it's always worth checking your spam folder.
Who welcomes us, and who do we contact during the stay?
Giedre, our local host on Rhodes, helps coordinate your arrival and welcomes you at the villa. She's your first point of contact throughout the stay, reachable by WhatsApp. Her details are shared with your arrival information.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If the villa is ready earlier and the day's schedule allows, we're glad to welcome you sooner — though this can only be confirmed on the day itself.
How does arrival work from the airport?
Rhodes Airport is a short drive from the villa. Closer to your stay, we ask for a few arrival details — flight number and landing time — so we can time your welcome. A quick WhatsApp message to Giedre once you've landed helps everything run smoothly.
Is there anything to arrange before we travel?
Greece requires an official guest registration for all stays, so we ask you to complete a few registration details before arrival. We send clear instructions ahead of time, along with our Villa Rhodéa guide to the house and the island.
