About 25 m². A private pool with room to swim, float, and cool off through the day.
How far is the beach?
Ialyssos Beach is about 200 metres from the villa — roughly a five-minute walk.
Is there internet and parking?
High-speed Starlink internet is included throughout the villa, and there is free parking on the street.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Earlier or later times can sometimes be arranged with our local manager.
