House rules

Villa Rhodéa is a family home in a residential part of Ialyssos. These rules keep the villa, the garden and the neighbourhood pleasant for everyone — including the guests who arrive after you.

Guests and visitors

• The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• External visitors during the day are welcome only after prior arrangement with us or our local manager.
• No parties or events.

Quiet hours and smoking

• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise in the garden and around the pool low in the evening.
• Smoking is allowed outside only — never inside the villa.

Pool safety

• The private outdoor pool (about 25 m²) is not fenced and is not supervised.
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times when they are in or near the pool.
• The pool is not heated; it is an unheated outdoor pool.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out before 10:00 AM.
• Earlier or later times can sometimes be arranged with our local manager, depending on the day’s schedule.

During your stay

• Our local manager is reachable 24/7 for emergencies, and between 10:00 and 22:00 for everyday questions.
• Please treat the villa and garden with care and report any damage so we can resolve it quickly.
